NO EXCUSES BOOT CAMPS
Firestorm “No Excuses” Boot Camp training offers a complete overall total workout that uses a combination of interval training, body weight training, lifting weights/objects, and various types of intense explosive routines and plyometrics. Sessions usually finish with stretching and cooldown.
These sessions are used to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people challenge themselves to improve their fitness.  The term “boot camp” is currently used in the fitness industry to describe group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. “No Excuses” Boot Camps are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on.

“No Excuses” Boot Camps provide a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and so find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. Participants make friends and socialize as they exercise.
An advantage of a boot camp is that the large group dynamic will often help motivate the participants. There are many other benefits of a fitness boot camp. These include mental health. It has long been known that regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension and combat stress. Part of this is due to the release of endorphins, which act as a mood elevator.
“No Excuses” Boot Camp sessions mostly take place at a The Firestorm Centre in Bayswater. While some sessions are conducted outdoors at local parks. No Excuses Boot Camps are sold in 10 sessions lots to allow the exerciser to commit and plan their participation and achieve their fitness goals.
All levels of fitness are accommodated in our sessions. The main focus of the training is to challenge and assist in overall improvement.
